The shuttle driver was friendly and the service was very good. The room was clean and comfortable with a great modern shower. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station for easy access to the airport and Amsterdam city. Despite the construction in the area, the hotel was well signposted and we experienced no noise disturbances.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - Schiphol, An Ihg, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to make my birthday trip extra special, with a thoughtful surprise in my room. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a versatile bathroom. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Despite a few minor issues with temperature control and breakfast selection, I found the overall service to be great. I especially appreciated the quick and free shuttle service from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

We had a great stay, really enjoyed our place and would come here again. Straightforward accommodation, the breakfast was savoury, perfect location close to airport. The reception was friendly with kind staff.

The check, in process was unbelievably quick and efficient, which was a huge relief after a long flight. the room was clean and the beds had a unique combination of firmness that I found quite comfortable. the newly renovated bathroom with its blue theme was a nice touch. the complimentary breakfast, although simple, had a good selection of fruit, yogurt, and pastries. the shuttle bus to the airport was on time and made the journey quick and easy.

The beds were a bit cramped against the wall and the window, which made it a little uncomfortable to maneuver around. some of the beddings had stains on them, and it would have been better if they had been changed.

There was a nice restaurant with savoury meals.

The location was convenient, with the train station nearby and the hotel was located in a nice shopping area with many restaurants.
